I’ve written before about The Goose’s love of tropical fruits. (He can’t get enough kiwi, pineapple, and mango.) I’ve also shared my frustration in trying to prepare these fruits for him. At first, I had no idea how to crack these guys open, but I had to learn quick – because if my kid is willing to eat fruit, then you’d better believe he’s going to get it.
After mastering the art of peeling a kiwi and coring a pineapple, I was still having trouble figuring out how to peel a mango. Between the leathery skin and the giant pit, I nearly gave up. But then I came across a quick and easy way to peel a mango – and it has changed my life.
